Dr. Pall's book and treatment protocol for MCS

Dr. Pall's book re causes and treatments for MCS, FM, and CFSDr. Martin Pall's new book Explaining "Unexplained Illnesses" includes such things as trauma, psychological stress, etc. as potential causes of theNO/ONN0 wacky cycle where nitric oxide is elevated, inflammation results, and often illnesses such as MCS, FM, and CFS.

Although there are specific causes which are more "normal" for each illness, it seems as if other causes are possible. He has a chart where he has given examples, such as:
MCS is often caused by pesticide or organic solventexposure, but can also result from early life stress.

If I understand correctly, the treatment plan is the same, no matter what the cause is, and focuses on the NO/ONNO wacky cycle.

The 15 nutritionalsupplements which are suggested in the book are:
1. Nebulized, inhaled reduced glutathione
2.Nebulized, inhaled hydroxocobalamin (some use sublingual)
3.Mixed, natural tocopherols including gamma-tocopherol
4.Buffered vitamin C
5.Magnesium as malate
6.Four different flavonoid sources: Ginkgo biloba extract, cranberryextract, silymarin, and bilberry extract
7.Selenium as selenium-grown yeast
8.Coenzyme Q10
9.Folic acid
10. Carotenoids including lycopene, lutein, and beta carotene
11.Alpha Lipoic Acid
12.Zinc (modest dose), mangane (low dose) and copper (low dose)
13. Vitramin B6 in the form of pyridoxal phosphate.
14. Riboflavin 5 phosphate (FMN)
15. Betaine (trimethylglycine)

Of course, the usual avoidance of VOCs, pesticides, and other irritantchemicals is advised. Also, not everyone can tolerate all of the above supplements.
